Honey Thyme Bourbon Sour

This cocktail is perfect for any season. The warmth from the bourbon, the sweetness from the honey, the earthy-ness from the thyme, and the freshness from the lemon, all come together to create this refreshing drink. I’ll be honest, making this one is going to take a little bit of patience and time. You have to make the honey thyme simple syrup, I mean it takes 5 minutes and you should wait for it to cool down. Another note, you can either pour your finished concoction over ice cubes, crushed ice or one of those big rock ice cube things, it’s your choice! Just know that the smaller the ice cubes in a drink, the more watery it’s going to be.

Cheers!
