Pink Velvet Hot Chocolate

I feel like a lot of people could really care less about Valentine’s Day. I get it, there is so much pressure to get the perfect gift for your significant other, and if you don’t have one of those, you spend the day binge watching a Netflix show while eating a box of chocolates that you bought yourself (which is totally okay by the way!) Regardless of where your love life is you should make this Pink Velvet Hot Chocolate. This is probably the easiest recipe you’ve ever seen, in fact, it’s so easy that it probably shouldn’t even be called a recipe.

Anything goes for this recipe, literally anything you can find or want can go on top of this drink. Try picking toppings with a variety of colours, textures, tastes, smells… try using all the senses for this one I mean it is Valentine’s Day after all *wink wink* I used berries because they’re tart, the sprinkles add pops of colour, the chocolate is creamy, the flower is.. well the flower is just there! You get the idea. There’s no pressure to make this dessert perfect, it’s supposed to be fun and messy. So take your best friend, your partner, your mom, yourself, and put the love back into Valentine’s Day with this decadent dessert!
